Prior to it becoming Hotel De Stobbe it was a boarding house and café.
The hotel opened on May 1st 1983 by Gienus & Wollie Wever, who transformed it to a beautiful hotel,
café and brasserie with a homely Dutch atmosphere with all the modern facilities.

Ruinen and its surrounding area have something for everyone throughout the year and the 4 seasons.

Hotel De Stobbe’s unique location, bordering on the very edge of 2 National Parks,

The hotel consists of 33 rooms, which includes stunning Bridal Suite & 3 luxurious Suites.
